I believe it was a mix of pitching a baseball and one handed chinup attempts while drunk! Silly me. I replied anon accidentally as I’m using my phone to tumblr while on an interstate volleyball trip!
yup….
So it’s way late, and not much progress either, life got in the way a little these last few weeks. But I’m back on track now, hopefully within a month or so there will be some small signs of improvement!
